Job Type: Data Analyst Location: Remote – EST hours Job Type: Long term contract (12-24 months with possibility of conversion) Job Pay: 34-38 hourly About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support enterprise reporting and analytics across portfolio, financial, resource, demand, and project management initiatives. This role will focus on developing Power BI dashboards and trusted reporting solutions for stakeholders ranging from project managers to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will combine strong Power BI development, SQL/data analysis, and business intelligence experience with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, executive-ready reporting. The team is currently focused on reporting modernization, Snowflake migration, certified dataset development, Power BI enhancements, reporting governance, and AI-enabled automation. What You'll Do • Develop, enhance, and optimize Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions. • Build and maintain data models, DAX logic, and reporting datasets. • Use SQL and Snowflake to validate data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and analyze data relationships. • Partner with business stakeholders and project managers to gather requirements and define KPIs. • Translate business needs into meaningful, executive-ready dashboards and reports. • Support reporting modernization, Snowflake migration, certified dataset development, and reporting governance. • Contribute to strategic analytics initiatives, including AI-enabled automation where applicable. • Adapt to shifting priorities based on project and business needs. What We're Looking For • 2+ years of relevant data analytics or business intelligence experience. • Bachelor's degree required. • Advanced hands-on experience with Power BI, including: • Data modeling • DAX • Dashboard and report development • Visualization design • Performance optimization • Strong SQL experience and experience working with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse. • Experience validating data, troubleshooting reporting issues, and working with enterprise reporting datasets. • Ability to gather requirements, define KPIs, and develop reporting solutions that support business decisions. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders, including leadership. • Experience with certified datasets, standardized metrics, reporting governance, or enterprise analytics environments is a plus. • Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required.
