Data Analyst // Alpharetta, GA // 12 Months - OnSite - Hybrid Introduction: Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for a 12-month hybrid on-site role in Alpharetta, GA. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and analysts to ensure data quality, conduct data assessments, and support data migration and integration projects. Responsibilities: • Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements • Develop and maintain data mapping documentation • Conduct data quality assessments and identify inconsistencies • Perform root cause analysis on data issues • Support data migration and integration projects • Operate in an Agile product development environment • Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams • Create and maintain detailed documentation • Coordinate and support user acceptance testing Requirements: Required Skills: • Proven experience as a Data Mapper or in a related role • Proficiency in SQL, Unix CLI, Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in Agile product delivery and stakeholder engagement • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst Desired Skills: • Experience applying Generative AI for analysis and user experience enhancement • Knowledge of tools such as Dataiku, Tableau, Snowflake • Understanding of data warehousing concepts • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards • Experience in data integration and migration processes
