Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer - 12 Month FTC
We have partnered exclusively with a fast-growing financial services company who are looking to hire two hands-on Data Analyst / Analytics Engineers. These are both 12 month fixed term contacts and are hybrid in central London with some great remote flexibility.
This role sits across data engineering and analytics — ideal for someone who enjoys building robust data pipelines and delivering insights that influence real business decisions.
What you’ll be doing
• Building and maintaining data integrations with internal platforms and third‑party APIs
• Developing and optimising ETL pipelines and data warehouse infrastructure
• Working with stakeholders to deliver dashboards, reports and financial insights (Power BI / Excel)
• Taking ownership of new data processes as the analytics estate scales
• Acting as a go‑to technical SME for the data platform
What we’re looking for
• Experience working as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer or similar
• Strong SQL and experience with large, relational datasets
• Solid Python skills for data analysis and automation
• Experience designing or working with ETL workflows and data models
• Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
• Power BI or similar visualisation tools
• Azure data services experience
• Exposure to finance, lending or regulated environments
