Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst I to support business reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, and operational projects. This role will analyze large datasets, generate actionable insights, develop reports, and support cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Python, SQL, and Tableau or Power BI and enjoys solving business problems through data. Key Responsibilities • Analyze and interpret data to support business operations and decision-making. • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations. • Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python. • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. • Monitor business performance metrics and provide actionable insights. • Support project coordination activities and track deliverables. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reporting and operational initiatives. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required. • 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field. • Korean-English bilingual proficiency • Strong experience with: • Python • SQL • Tableau or Power BI • Experience building dashboards and reports. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
