What is the expected “end result” they will be asked to deliver? • Defect Management: Accurately log, track, and prioritize defects (bugs) in our defect tracking system. What will a typical work day look like? Team Collaboration / Documentation. • Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of QA processes, test plans, test case libraries, and data validation methodologies. What are the top 3 responsibilities of this role? Execute Test Cycles: Design, execute, and complete test cases across multiple testing phases (e.g., unit, integration, user acceptance testing) specific to data migration and system functionality. Data Validation and Reconciliation: Perform extensive side-by-side data comparison and reconciliation between the legacy system and the new target system to verify data accuracy and completeness.
