Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education. • Detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analytics Specialist to support the development and maintenance of data infrastructure and analytical tools with a strong focus on CRM systems and sales/client performance reporting. • Build and support databases, query tools, dashboards, and BI/reporting platforms tailored to sales and client performance metrics. • Develop customized reports, ad-hoc analyses, and advanced data visualizations using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics). • Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Performance Analytics teams to translate business needs into actionable insights. • Integrate and manage data from multiple sources including CRM systems, financial platforms, and operational databases. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance. • Strong ability to synthesize large datasets into executive-level summaries. • Experience navigating complex data environments and integrating diverse data sources. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, Power BI, Dynamics.
