Data Analyst (Auto Finance)

This role is open to W2 candidates only Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-focused Business Data Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at transforming complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with data visualization, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis • Solid understanding of data analysis, data modelling, and data visualization techniques • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills • Strong communication and storytelling abilities with data • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education • MBA or Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field) Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in auto finance or financial services domain • Exposure to business intelligence tools and reporting frameworks • Experience working with large, complex datasets in a corporate environment.
