Role description
Data Analyst
π London (3 days a week) | 6 Month Contract
Weβre looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a high-performing Data & Insights team within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering insights that directly drive revenue, improve performance, and shape business strategy.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, youβll partner with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Content and Operations to deliver high-quality insights that enable smarter decision-making and tangible business impact.
Youβll work with large, complex datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and ensure data remains a strategic asset across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Deliver data analysis, reporting, and insight requests across multiple business functions
β’ Analyse and interpret data from a variety of sources to inform strategy and performance
β’ Manage and maintain master data and mapping tables (companies, industries, products)
β’ Generate actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
β’ Support revenue optimisation (delegate acquisition, retention, sponsorship, digital products)
β’ Champion data quality and collaborate with data teams to improve processes
β’ Assist in building dashboards and self-service reporting tools
About You
β’ 5+ yearsβ experience in data analysis within a fast-paced, commercial environment
β’ Strong experience working with large, complex datasets (cleaning, manipulation, analysis)
β’ Confident working with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs
β’ Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
β’ Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
β’ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
β’ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Desirable:
β’ SQL / relational database knowledge
β’ Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
