SC Cleared - Data Analyst • SC Cleared • Remote-working with monthly site visit to Manchester (expensed) We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Data Analyst to support a large-scale Windows 11 rollout across a major government estate. This role will focus on centralising and analysing operational data to uncover key insights and enable data-led decision-making throughout the rollout process. Key Responsibilities • Develop dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow) that integrate data from multiple systems to provide a comprehensive view of rollout activities and incident reporting. • Produce clear and actionable weekly and ad-hoc insight reports, tailored for technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Clean, transform, and analyse large datasets—identifying data gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for richer insights. • Collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to improve data quality and develop processes for ongoing data validation and enhancement. • Create impactful visual presentations to share insights, trends, and recommendations during stakeholder sessions. • Explore future-focused analytical models using tools such as Python or R to support scenario-based forecasting. • Liaise closely with stakeholders to capture business context and ensure insights are aligned with operational needs. • Actively contribute to discussions and present findings during senior stakeholder meetings. Ideal Candidate • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data cleansing, reporting, and visualisation. • Comfortable working across multiple systems and datasets, with a keen eye for detail. • Skilled in Power BI, Excel, or ServiceNow (or a combination), with proficiency in data storytelling. • Familiarity with coding languages such as Python or R is advantageous. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. • Experience in large-scale technology rollouts or transformation programs is a plus.
