Position: Data Analyst
Location: Minneapolis, MN, 55401
Duration: 12-month contract with possible extension
Your Key Qualifications:
• 3–7 years of experience in data analysis or reporting roles Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables required)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Strong experience in data validation and data quality Familiarity with systems like Salesforce or other CRM tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
What You’ll Do:
• Respond to regulatory discovery requests with accurate data Extract data from multiple systems (e.g., CRM, internal databases)
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and analysis
• Prepare reports and data outputs for compliance/legal teams Collaborate with compliance analysts, case specialists, and stakeholders
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required?
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables)
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Data validation and quality assurance
• Reporting and analytics experience
