Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed audits and analysis focused on compliance, asset management, and sales quality performance
• Evaluate KPI performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights to support business decisions and operational improvements
• Validate data accuracy by identifying inconsistencies, anomalies, and deviations from expected business trends
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on audit findings, reporting standards, and performance expectations
• Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights and recommendations for business stakeholders
• Support development and refinement of audit methodologies, KPI baselines, and performance measurement frameworks
• Create reports, summaries, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and business impact
• Monitor ongoing performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement
• Track projects, audits, and deliverables using tools like JIRA and maintain clear documentation of methodologies and outcomes
• Participate in stakeholder discussions, providing insights and responding to feedback with professionalism and clarity

• Ability to identify data inconsistencies, root causes, and performance gaps
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting
