Role description
Job Title: Data Analyst: (DRP Performance Metrics Reporting and Ad Hoc Support)
Assignment Duration: 12 months with possible extension
Remote Possibility: Hybrid: Tues – Thursday onsite, Monday & Friday WFH
This role is based on-site in Warren, Michigan and requires at least 3 days in the office.
Max pay: $67.85/hr on W2
The DRP Data Analyst will be dedicated to dashboard development, reporting, and analysis for the Digital Retail Platform (DRP) team. This person will be focused on performance and operational metrics which are core to running the business at the overall Brand and Dealer levels.
This includes:
• Working with stakeholders to understand objectives driving the requests/requirements.
• Ability to translate data into answers that resonate with the business.
• Monthly reporting on Brand and DRP site metrics, Leads and sales, clickstream, and funnel performance, as well as trending over time, insights across site activities, and comparison of performance and trends across brands.
• Ad hoc analysis of leads to sales conversion, VSR, VDP, funnel performance analysis, CTA performance, dealer level inquiries, and other items as needed.
• Site data inputs including mobile vs. Desktop usage, CTA engagement, and site behaviors including heat mapping, click-stream data, and content engagement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with minimal guidance
8-10 years of experience
Bachelors required preference in Computer Science, mathematics, data science, etc.

Power BI (nice to have)
While many of these requests are ad hoc in nature, the role should be focused on ways to streamline data gathering and (where possible) automate reporting to provide easier access and improve the speed with which requests can be fulfilled.
Required skillsets: Expert SQL, Python (a plus), proficiency with Power BI, Azure/Databricks (a plus), proficiency with Adobe Analytics, data storytelling and communication, able to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences, excellent understanding of clickstream data, and a curiosity and creativity for researching.
