🔍 SAP Data Migration Analyst (Manufacturing) 📍 Hybrid – Franklin, TN (2–3 days onsite) Our Client is rolling out a large-scale SAP modernization program, and they’re looking for a hands-on SAP Data Migration Analyst to help move critical manufacturing and plant data from legacy systems into SAP. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working close to the business, getting deep into the data, and playing a key role in a transformation that actually matters. 🚀 What You’ll Be Doing • Drive end-to-end data migration from legacy systems into SAP (ECC / S/4HANA) • Partner with business and technical teams to define data mapping, rules, and dependencies • Clean, validate, and enrich plant, material, and manufacturing master data • Support data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities • Troubleshoot data conversion and load issues and resolve them quickly • Build and execute data quality and readiness checks • Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy before go-live • Support documentation and lifecycle processes for master data You won’t just move data — you’ll help make sure the data is right. 🧠 What We’re Looking For • Hands-on experience working in SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) • Strong background in data migration, data conversion, or master data • Experience in a manufacturing or plant-based environment • Comfortable working with data tables, ETL processes, and SQL • Advanced Excel skills (you know your way around large datasets) • Ability to work independently and collaborate across business teams • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to have: Experience with SAP modules like MM, PP, or PM, and exposure to tools such as MDG, LSMW, or IDocs. ⭐ Why This Role? • High-impact SAP transformation project • Real ownership over data quality and outcomes • Work closely with business stakeholders — not siloed • Hybrid setup with a strong, collaborative team If you’ve worked on SAP data migrations in a manufacturing environment and want to be part of a meaningful modernization effort, this is worth a conversation.
