Job Title: Data Analyst – CauseIQ Platform Specialist Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid/Remote options available) Department: Growth & Outreach Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Analyst to support our growth campaign by organizing and extracting relevant data from our newly acquired platform, CauseIQ. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CauseIQ or similar nonprofit intelligence platforms and will be responsible for curating and exporting data into a structured Excel format to guide strategic outreach and membership development. Key Responsibilities: • Navigate and extract data from the CauseIQ platform, focusing on potential member organizations. • Clean, organize, and structure data to identify trends, opportunities, and key targets for outreach. • Create and maintain an Excel spreadsheet with relevant fields (e.g., organization name, contact info, mission, location, size, etc.). • Collaborate with the growth team to define data parameters and ensure alignment with campaign goals. • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform outreach strategies. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the project. Preferred Qualifications: • Proven experience working with CauseIQ or similar nonprofit data platforms. • Strong proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. • Background in data analysis, research, or nonprofit sector preferred. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
