Data Analyst – Channel Operations (SQL, Excel, Billing) Fully remote Contract Role About the Role We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong Channel Operations experience to support a high-impact project team. This role focuses on data validation, reconciliation, and process improvement across internal systems and third-party partners. If you have experience working with large datasets, SQL, Excel, and billing/accounting data, this is a great opportunity to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy. Key Skills (Must-Have) • SQL (queries, data extraction, analysis) • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large datasets) • Data validation & reconciliation • Experience working with third-party platforms / external partners • Accounting & Billing data experience • Handling and analyzing large datasets (big data) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What You’ll Do • Monitor and validate data across third-party platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate data discrepancies • Reconcile data between internal systems and external partners • Work with Sales, Analytics, and project teams to support channel operations • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, gaps, and process improvements • Support billing and operational issue resolution Required Experience • 5+ years as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Channel Operations Analyst • Hands-on experience with data reconciliation and validation • Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Nice to Have • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems • BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) • Experience in channel/distribution environments Additional Details • U.S.-based candidates only (Onshore role) • EST working hours preferred • Competitive rate (up to $109/hr, inclusive) • High-visibility project with cross-functional exposure Why Apply?
