Job#: 2078571 Job Description: • Onsite Monday-Friday in Jackson, MS- Nashville, TN- Birmingham, AL- or Mobile, AL • 6 Months Contract to Hire (Conversion Salary $85-95k) We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst responsible for leveraging ERP data—primarily from Oracle ERP—to develop insightful reports, dashboards, and data sets that support the Accounting and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, enabling them to effectively collaborate with and be respected by accounting professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret ERP data (Oracle ERP) to support financial reporting and operational decision-making. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports tailored for accounting and finance stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with accounting teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights. • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial data sets and reporting tools. • Work with data warehouses and ERP systems to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis. • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement through data analysis. • Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from finance and accounting leadership. Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role with a strong focus on financial or accounting data. • Experience with ERP systems. • 1+ years of SQL • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with accounting professionals.
