Data Analyst with CMMS Experience

Duration: 6 months contract Shift: Monday –Friday (8am to 5pm) Hours: 18 hours/ week Job duties: Department's Emergency Preparedness and Organizational Strategy department is in need of a data analyst to support process development and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) data analytics and quality assurance. Essential Tasks: Process development for Conference room booking Coordinate with stakeholders to draft conference room booking process (end to end) Identify / document opportunities to improve the conference room booking process Develop business requirements for conference room booking technology Develop conference room booking tools for technology (i.e. conference room library) Coordinate with subject matter experts to test sandbox versions of new conference booking tools CMMS data analytics and quality assurance Coordinate with subject gather experts to gather data from CMMS data tables Review data and identify opportunities to increase data quality within the CMMS tool Review opportunities with subject matter experts for input Communicate anticipated changes with stakeholders Based on input, refine data tables for uploading into the CMMS tool Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Power BI, CSS, SQL, Data Analysis, Web Development, Microsoft Office, Leadership, Stakeholder Communication, Project Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
