About The Role:
We are looking for an experienced, Data Analyst to support our product, marketing, operations, and finance teams during our busiest season. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working autonomously, and loves turning data into actionable insights that improve business performance. This role will report directly into our Head of Product & Data.
What Youβll Do:
Be the go-to person for slicing, dicing, and storytelling with our data
Analyze consumer behavior across funnels and identify drop-offs, friction, and opportunities.
Measure and interpret results from A/B tests across the site and user flows.
Help us understand multi-touch attribution and optimize marketing spend.
Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from our centralized data warehouse in Snowflake
Build dashboards and reports using BI tools to make insights self-serviceable for stakeholders.
Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities buried deep in our dataβand tell the story behind the numbers.
Help define metrics, ensure data quality, and work with the team to evolve how we measure success.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Strong in SQL (you write it daily and comfortably).
Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent.
Self-starter with strong prioritization and communication skillsβyou know how to figure out whatβs important without a roadmap.
Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-moving environment.
Experience partnering with product, marketing, operations, and/or finance teams.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in healthtech, insurtech, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with Python, dbt, or data modeling concepts.
Experience supporting enrollment flows or lifecycle marketing data.
Contract Details:
$60/hr
From start date through end of year 2025. Possibility of extension if the fit is right.
Core hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CT
40 hours per week
