Role description
Optima Partners is seeking a Data Analyst (Contract) with 3+ years of work experience to support a critical systems implementation across Salesforce, PSA and Sage Intacct. • Support the collection, analysis, field mapping and migration of all data required to ensure Salesforce, PSA and Sage Intacct are ready to support day-one go-live for each release
• Prepare, clean and validate datasets, ensuring high standards of data quality, consistency and hygiene
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, identify and resolve data quality issues, including gaps, inconsistencies and duplication
• Consolidate and structure data using Excel and other tools, focusing on clarity and usability
• Translate business requirements into clear data formats to support system integration
• Produce clear, concise outputs and reporting views for internal teams
Required Experience & Skills
