Role description
- 7+ years with developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports using data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) and related CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to define KPIs, sales metrics, and pipeline analytics.
- 5 Hands on full end to end configuration projects
- Extract, clean, and transform CRM data into structured formats for reporting using Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL.
- Design and implement data models that enable clear visibility into lead generation, opportunity management, customer lifetime value, and sales performance.
- Integrate data from Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and external systems (e.g., marketing automation, ERP).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all CRM and BI reports.
- Support automation and insight delivery through Power BI service, Power Automate, and scheduled data refreshes.
- Train and support business users on self-service BI dashboards and CRM data interpretation.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
