Role description
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Analyze customer behavior, transaction patterns, and credit risk using statistical and analytical tools.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to help inform business policies and decisions.
Develop and maintain data models, databases, and reporting systems.
Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, risk, and product development, to implement data-driven solutions.
Contribute to the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor performance.
Provide technical support and ensure data quality and integrity across the department.
β’ Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area.
Proven experience in data analysis, with a preference for the financial or credit card industry.
Proficiency with SQL, Python,for data analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical packages (e.g., Excel, SAS).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
