Remote but near one of their locations; Columbus OH, Alpharetta, GA, Marietta, GA, Kansas City, MO, Berkley Heights NJ, Omaha NE, Frisco/Dallas TX, Denver CO
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret network telemetry and automation data using Python and SQL to identify performance trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain analytical queries and data pipelines in PostgreSQL to support reporting, monitoring, and automation workflows.
• Build interactive dashboards and visualizations using Python libraries (e.g., Plotly, Dash, Matplotlib) to communicate insights to network and operations teams.
• Collaborate with network engineers and data architects to ensure data accuracy, define KPIs, and support automation initiatives with actionable intelligence.
• Contribute to data quality, documentation, and governance efforts, ensuring consistency and reliability of network-related datasets.
• Experience working with Network Devices.
Preferred Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience working with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow for data extraction and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
