Data Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a Data Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Data Analyst 4, you will be part of the Data Insights Department supporting customer feedback analysis and program transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Analyst 4 Location: Redmond, WA - Remote Pay Range: $57.43 - $63.19 (Benefits/PTO/401k) What's the Job? Coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement database solutions. Work with management and technical teams to determine data requirements and best practices for data manipulation and analysis. Design, automate, and maintain large-scale enterprise data ETL processes. Modify existing databases and guide programmers and analysts on necessary updates. Test programs or databases, troubleshoot errors, and implement modifications to ensure data integrity and performance. What's Needed? Experience with database technologies and knowledge of the ETL process. Proficiency in at least one scripting language. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related discipline, with 8-10 years of applicable experience.
