Role description
We are hiring a Digital Commerce Data Analyst to join a top retail company in Columbus, OH. This freelance position will run for 6 months with potential to extend and will be hybrid in office Tuesday β Thursday, Monday & Friday remote.
β’ Pay Rate: $32/HR
Responsibilities:
β’ Own and maintain the full catalogue of digital product data and imagery, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with partner and business requirements
β’ Serve as the subject matter expert, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and clear communication to partners and internal teams
β’ Partner with cross?functional teams to validate information, clarify data discrepancies, and maintain smooth workflows
β’ Investigate and resolve issues through proactive problem?solving, testing, and refinement
β’ Maintain high standards of data integrity by following and enhancing processes that ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability
β’ Extract, analyze, and organize data from multiple sources using advanced Excel skills
Required Qualifications:
β’ 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
β’ Well-organized and detail-oriented
β’ Strong time?management and prioritization skills in a dynamic environment
β’ Excellent oral and written communication skills
β’ Able to take initiative and work effectively in a cross-functional team
β’ Experience learning new technical applications
β’ Experience with SharePoint or AEM a plus
β’ Comfortable operating independently in a contract role with minimal onboarding
