Role description
Capstone is seeking a Sales/GTM Data Analyst with SFDC (Salesforce), SQL and PowerBI for a 6 month+ contract, hybrid role (mostly remote, MST working hours, may extend/convert) at Autodesk, a global SaaS firm. Autodesk is located near Union station in Denver.This role requires at least 3 years experience in:
β’ Data analysis (Go to Market and Sales data knowledge preferred)
β’ Salesforce
β’ Power BI (and DAX)
β’ Preferred, not required: Snowflake
βNo 3rd parties or 3rd party candidates: You must be an US Citizen or Green Card holder able to join our employment as our employee on our W2 basis. Capstone is unable to hire candidates requiring visas, including OPT student visas.

πHybrid - you must be based in the Denver metropolitan area
π 6-month contract role with possibility of extension
β°Typical work hours are 8a-5p MST.

As a GTM Support Analyst, you will:
1. support Go-To-Market reporting, analytics, and operational insights that enable Sales leaders and GTM partners to track performance across pipeline, bookings, quotas, territories, and executive KPIs.
1. work closely with GTM Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics teams to help ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
1. will support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of dashboards and reports across Salesforce, Power BI, and Snowflake-based data sources.
1. will assist with data validation, reporting enhancements, and recurring GTM reporting cycles, helping teams operate more efficiently and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
β’ Support the maintenance and monitoring of GTM reporting systems and dashboards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely availability for Sales and GTM stakeholders
β’ Build, update, and maintain Salesforce (SFDC) dashboards and reports to support pipeline, bookings, quota, territory performance, and executive GTM reporting needs
β’ Assist with data validation and quality checks across SFDC and downstream reporting tools to help identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting issues
β’ Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards using curated datasets, including basic data modeling (relationships, measures, and DAX) to support standardized GTM reporting
β’ Support publishing, refresh scheduling, and workspace management for Power BI reports in alignment with reporting governance and access guidelines
β’ Use SQL to query Snowflake tables and views to source, validate, and analyze GTM data, primarily leveraging basic SELECT statements, joins, filters, and aggregations
β’ Partner with GTM Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics teams to support recurring reporting needs, enhancements, and ad-hoc analysis requests
β’ Translate clearly defined business questions and reporting requirements into dashboards, reports, or data extracts under guidance from senior team members
β’ Create and maintain clear documentation for reports, dashboards, data sources, and standard GTM metrics to support consistency and knowledge sharing
β’ Assist in investigating and resolving reporting issues by collaborating with data, systems, and engineering partners when needed
β’ Participate in regular reporting cycles (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support Sales and executive GTM reviews
β’ Continuously build knowledge of GTM processes, Sales metrics, and reporting best practices to improve the quality and usability of analytics outputs
