Job Title: Data Analyst

Overview
Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to transform complex data into actionable business insights. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data through interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and/or Power BI. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating data findings into strategic recommendations for business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI
• Create and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate large datasets
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and KPIs
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Monitor data quality and implement processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Develop automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as needed
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytics role
• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard development
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and advanced formulas
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Healthcare Experience
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Familiarity with data modeling and database design
• Experience using tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift
