Global offices United States| Canada | United Kingdom| United Arab of Emirates| India Job Description: We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support global consumer sales excellence through data-driven reporting and insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational environments, has a strong command of Excel, and can transform raw data from multiple source systems into compelling stories and presentations that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities β€’ Extract, clean, and analyze sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency, to generate actionable insights on sell-through velocity and promotional effectiveness. β€’ Build and maintain robust Excel-based reports and dynamic dashboards for Consumer partners, tracking promo impact, sell-through trends and share gains. β€’ Translate complex findings into clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders, highlighting conversion rates, competitive share shifts, and ROI on promotional investments. β€’ Measure promotional effectiveness using advanced techniques (e.g., double-delta analysis) to inform deal depth decisions, cadence planning, and attach-rate optimization. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align reporting Consumer Sales priorities and Rhythm of Business cadence accordingly. β€’ Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in consumer sales performance, merchandising execution, and customer behavior to optimize retail campaigns. β€’ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools and platforms, including POS integrations and inventory snapshots. β€’ Support ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to strategic planning discussions for promotional calendars and retail execution. Required Skills & Qualifications β€’ Minimum 5 years of experience in analysis, preferably in sales or marketing. β€’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (pivot tables, formulas, charts, macros). β€’ Strong experience translating complex data into clear, succinct storytelling with PowerPoint decks and email publications. β€’ Proven ability to work with large datasets, perform effectiveness analysis, and synthesize trends, anomalies and insights. β€’ Strong business acumen with the ability to see both operational details and the broader strategic picture. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills. β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment across multiple functions.
