Data Analyst

We re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at solving complex problems, and collaborates effortlessly across teams. Data Analysis, SQL Main Job Duties Include • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems. • Filtering and cleaning data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems. • Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports What You'll Do • Pro Planning & Performance Tracking Build and maintain Pro signup/activation goals, QTD pacing, weekly reporting, and what s working / not working analysis across channels. • Pro Funnel & Metrics Development Partner with DS to define the Pro funnel end-to-end, stand up key metrics, and own ongoing measurement. Fill the gap DS will not cover. • Ad-hoc Strategic Analysis Deep dives on Pro performance (e.g., why activations are off-track, channel mix shifts, conversion diagnostics) to support decision-making Qualifications • At least 5 years of experience in data analysis and growth teams • 5+ years of experience with SQL and statistics. • Strong team player with strong communication skills.
