Responsibilities and more:
β’ Gather, organize, and analyze data from various sources, including project management systems, GPS tracking, timekeeping software, financial records, and field reports.
β’ Develop dashboards and visual reports to track project progress, productivity, cost analysis, and resource utilization.
β’ Create and maintain databases and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data collection and reporting.
β’ Analyze construction timelines, budgets, and labor hours to identify trends or issues affecting project performance.
β’ Support forecasting, budgeting, and job costing activities by providing accurate data and predictive models.
β’ Collaborate with operations, finance, and field teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
β’ Present insights and recommendations to management through clear visualizations and summary reports.
β’ Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with industry standards.
β’ Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
