Analyst / Project CoordinatorLocation: Los Angeles, CACompany: RemX HealthContract Length: 2+ months with potential for extensionSchedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Overview:RemX Health is seeking a skilled Analyst / Project Coordinator to join our client’s team in Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll play a key part in analyzing and auditing referral data to identify process gaps and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and communication between internal departments and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Audit and analyze referral data from a specific time frame to identify process breaks and opportunities for improvement. Receive and review reports from leadership, parse data, and create auditing categories (by department, unit, facility, etc.). Track referrals, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights to enhance internal and external workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies, holes, and data gaps. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Excellent reliability and attendance record. EPIC/HealthConnect experience highly preferred (training available).
