Job Title: Data Quality / Data Governance ConsultantLocation: Camden, NJ (100% Onsite β Day 1)Duration: 6 Months Contract with High Possibility of Extension
We are seeking an experienced Data Quality / Data Governance Consultant to support our clientβs Finance and Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance frameworks, data quality management, and process improvement, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement data governance and data quality practices across Finance and Supply Chain functions.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to define, monitor, and improve data quality KPIs and business rules.
Conduct data profiling, root cause analysis, and remediation for identified data quality issues.
Support metadata management, data stewardship, and governance policy enforcement.
Facilitate workshops and documentation for data ownership, standards, and lineage.
Provide recommendations to enhance master data processes and governance maturity.
Required Skills:
12+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Quality, or MDM initiatives.
Strong understanding of data governance principles, policies, and industry best practices.
Domain expertise in Finance and Supply Chain processes.
Proficiency in SQL and data profiling tools for analysis and validation.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be available to work onsite in Camden, NJ from Day 1 (no remote option).
Nice to Have:
Working knowledge of Reltio MDM (conceptual understanding, not hands-on).
Experience with Collibra, Informatica, or other data governance platforms.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
