Role description
Job Title : Data Analyst (EPIC Clarity)
Location : Edison, NJ (Hybrid)
1x a month onsite - expenses but will be reimbursed
Roles & Responsibilities
β’ Extract, transform, and analyze healthcare data related to clinical operations.
β’ Create and communicate data analysis reports and visualizations to clinicians and other stakeholders.
β’ Oversee and contribute to the development of Epic Clarity reports related to patient care and clinical outcomes.
β’ Identify opportunities for improving clinical workflows through user observation, data analysis, and experimentation.
β’ Ensure data-driven solutions are addressing measurable clinical problems.
β’ Collaborate with IT staff, clinicians, and faculty to integrate advanced technology and protocols into clinical outcomes.
β’ Conduct hands-on analysis and statistical forecasting to refine and guide clinical informatics, design, and workflow.
β’ Run usability tests and adapt designs accordingly to ensure a satisfactory user experience.
β’ Create strategy documents, data dictionaries, and other project documents as needed.
β’ Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the user experience and informatic foundation is carried through the design and development of digital and health system solutions.
β’ Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
β’ Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Required Skills
β’ Bachelor's degree
β’ Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with 2 years of that experience tied to data analysis within the healthcare setting.
β’ Proficiency in Epic Clarity reporting and clinical modules.
β’ Advanced in SQL
β’ Strong grasp of analytic and statistical methods.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Must have EPIC CLARITY DATA MODEL certification
