Data Analyst - Property - £40k-£45k + bonus - London (hybrid)
La Fosse are recruiting a Data Analyst to join a busy HR function for a 12-month fixed-term contract (with possibility of extension).
You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate people data, delivering HR reporting and analysis, and supporting organisational change and transformation activity.
You’ll work closely with the Data and HR teams across the business, helping them understand trends, impacts and risks through clear and reliable data.
Skills needed:
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyse, reconcile and present data accurately.
• Experience using Power BI to create reports, dashboards and meaningful data insights.
• Confidence working with various stakeholders, gathering technical requirements and managing expectations
• Experience working with HR or people data is preferred but not essential.
