Position Overview:
The Data Analyst will work closely with Information Systems, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to investigate data sources across legacy applications, identify data quality issues, analyze structures and relationships, and support data conversion and validation activities. • Work collaboratively with Business Analysts to support business process analysis with accurate, validated data
• Interact directly with end users and subject matter experts to clarify data definitions, ownership, and usage
• Assist in identifying authoritative data sources when multiple systems contain overlapping or conflicting information
• Support the transition to a Snowflake-based data environment by contributing to data analysis and modeling readiness
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience performing data analysis in complex system environments
• Advanced proficiency in analyzing large datasets using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Access, Power Query, and Power BI
• Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation

• Ability to clearly document analysis results and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting ERP implementations or data migrations
