Analytics Engineer & Process Operations Specialist Contract: 1 year and will likely convert to FTE Location: Hybrid in Evendale, OH preferred Rate Range: $60/hour-$65/hour The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, location, and other factors. • Convert excel calculation and formulas into SQL and visualization (spotfire), extensively validate and drive to 100% accuracy. • Maintain and execute within process standard work, reaching out to employees with respectful and persistent communication that drives results. • Identify areas where standard work does not apply, summarize to process council, and propose solutions based on growing process knowledge. • Development and maintenance of SQL code and Spotfire analytics 1. Excellent communication skills, with bias to own and continuously improve within work scope 1. 1 year of manufacturing experience 1. 3 years of daily use of SQL programing language & data visualization software (Spotfire preferred, similar platforms OK) And some information on the business process that they would support: The business process (to start) would be Significant process substantiation, a manufacturing substantiation process which works in a complex home grown database which flows data to our aerospace datalake for consumption.
