About the Role:
Arrow Alliance Industries is hiring Data Analysts/Evaluation Specialists to provide analytics and reporting support for the FACE and Infant & Toddler programs. You will play a vital role in program evaluation and data accuracy across more than 55 sites nationwide.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, data models, and program reporting.
Manage FormAssembly workflows and data validation checks.
Conduct educational data analysis and prepare mid-year and year-end reports.
Support program evaluations and provide data continuity planning.
Collaborate with education staff to ensure accurate, meaningful reporting.
Qualifications:
Masterβs degree in Education, Data Analytics, or Research (Doctorate preferred).
Experience with early childhood education data and program evaluation.
Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and statistical analysis tools.
Knowledge of standardized assessments, including kindergarten readiness.
Excellent problem-solving and technical writing skills.
Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in United States.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Must be available to travel, if applicable.
