Data Analyst

Role:Data Analyst Location: California Remote Contract: 3+ Months Pay Range: $30-$35/hr. DayToDay Responsbilities: DAY TO DAY: • Perform data entry of hospital-submitted information into designated databases with high accuracy. • Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming documentation, identifying and flagging inconsistencies or missing data. • Create and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel, including pivot tables, for data tracking and preliminary analysis. • Develop and manage PDF documents related to the survey and hospital communications. • Utilize Access databases and other software tools (PowerPoint, Teams) for data management and project communication. Must Have: MUST HAVES: • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Excel (including pivot tables), Access databases, and PowerPoint. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy; experience in Quality Assurance is a plus. • Experience in document management and tracking, including creating and managing PDF documents. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a remote team environment.
