In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues across the People function-including Learning & Development-as well as Finance and Business Intelligence teams. What we're looking for • At least 1 year of experience in people data and analytics, ideally with exposure to L&D reporting. • Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI (or similar visualisation tools). • Experience with Cornerstone and knowledge of Workday reporting, SQL, or Power Automate is a strong advantage. • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Confident in data storytelling and producing executive-ready presentations. • Understanding of people systems, processes, and data governance. What success looks like • Accurate and timely delivery of BAU and ad hoc reports. • High-quality dashboards that are consistently maintained and improved. • Proactive identification of data quality issues. • Positive feedback from stakeholders on clarity, insight, and reliability. • Strong working relationships across the People team and wider Business Services functions.
