Data Analyst (FTZ)

Role Overview: We are seeking a mid-level Technical Business Analyst with strong implementation experience. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and hands-on technical execution, with an immediate focus on PL/SQL work. Experience supporting Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and related compliance systems is highly valued. Key Responsibilities: • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Actively participate in system implementations and enhancements • Write, review, and optimize PL/SQL code • Support and enhance systems related to Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations and compliance • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders throughout delivery • Support ongoing system improvements post-implementation Required Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst • Strong implementation experience (not just documentation) • Hands-on PL/SQL experience (starting immediately) • Experience supporting Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) processes, trade compliance systems, or customs-related workflows • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Start Timeline: PL/SQL work begins today or tomorrow Compensation: Base salary: ~$80K Retention plan: $10K/year added to salary Maximum total salary cap: $170K
