Role description
Data Analyst Titusville, NJ Hybrid (Onsite & Remote) Our client is seeking a Data Analyst specializing in Data Architecture & Project Management Systems for a contract position based in Titusville, NJ with a hybrid remote arrangement. In this critical role, you will be responsible for establishing and governing enterprise data structures, optimizing project portfolio management (PPM) tools, and enabling accurate reporting and analytics across portfolio, execution, and financial domains. You will partner closely with Systems & Tools leadership, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure data integrity, system alignment, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on enterprise-wide data management and reporting processes. WHAT YOU'LL DO β€’ Design and maintain enterprise data architecture, including development of canonical data models and standardized taxonomy across portfolio, execution, and financial domains β€’ Evaluate and define systems-of-record across the PPM ecosystem, mapping and integrating tools such as Planisware, QuickBase, CORA Systems, SAP, Excel, and SharePoint to establish authoritative data sources β€’ Develop, implement, and own the Reporting & Analytics Triage Framework to intake, prioritize, and resolve reporting and data requests β€’ Conduct enterprise-wide tool audits to assess system utilization, data ownership, and alignment with business processes β€’ Document and analyze system integrations, including point-to-point connections, data flows, and manual handoffs across platforms β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and alignment of systems and tools with business objectives β€’ Support the development and enforcement of data governance policies and best practices β€’ Analyze and optimize data flows and cross-platform dependencies to improve reporting accuracy and system performance WHAT YOU BRING β€’ 5+ years of experience in data modeling, architecture, and enterprise systems management β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field OR equivalent professional experience β€’ Strong professional experience with SQL β€’ Deep understanding of enterprise data modeling, taxonomy design, and systems-of-record governance β€’ Experience mapping system integrations, data flows, and cross-platform dependencies β€’ Proven ability to conduct tool audits and assess system utilization and data ownership β€’ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills β€’ Experience working with PPM tools such as Planisware, QuickBase, CORA Systems, SAP, Excel, and SharePoint is highly desirable β€’ Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, hybrid environment WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU β€’ Weekly paychecks β€’ Paid holidays and paid sick days β€’ Medical, dental, and vision benefits offered β€’ Opportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams β€’ Gain experience with enterprise-level data architecture and PPM systems
