About the Role (W2 Contract):
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our bid management, process improvement, and operations initiatives. This role involves leveraging data to optimize performance, enhance digital processes, and support decision-making across business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience with automation tools, and a background in technical or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Support bid management and proposal development with accurate data insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital workflows and operational efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance CRM, ERP, and proposal management systems.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization, or operations support.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms preferred.
• Proven proficiency with automation tools such as Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred).
