Data Analyst

Title: Senior Data Analyst Duration: 6 month contract to hire Location: Hybrid 3x/week in Reading, PA Desired Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. • Expertise leveraging SQL for anomaly detection and graph analysis • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. • Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python). • Experience understanding customer needs and feedback Job Description: Insight Global's client seeking Senior Data Analyst to join their integration team. This person will be collaborating with 3rd party vendors to collect and validate data coming through that it is able to be consumed. They should have strong capabilities writing SQL queries and be able to analyze large amounts of data. This role requires a self-starter who takes initiative in identifying both problems and opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate proactively engages in conversations to surface issues, collaborates on solutions, and drives progress without needing to be prompted by others. Compensation: $50-60/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
