Charter Communications is seeking a Data Analyst I to join our Customer Experience Quality team. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual professional (English + Spanish), with strong analytical and technical skills, who is passionate about data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Perform data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting
• Extract and analyze data from various sources including databases, manual files, and external websites
• Design, test, and document processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
• Create and publish regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders
• Respond to data inquiries from multiple departments
• Document reporting requirements and validate data components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions
Requirements:
• 0 – 2 years of experience in data analysis or a related role
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (must be able to speak Spanish proficiently)
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases
• Familiarity with query tools and/or statistical software
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
