Role description
Help us shape data-driven, human-centred transformation
We partner with purpose-led organisations to drive lasting change. If you’re passionate about making a real difference through data, culture, and systems — come build with us.
Our Culture
At ThinkTribal, we believe that great transformation starts from within. We’re not here just to consult - we build, we learn, we evolve together. When you join our team, you’ll contribute to work that matters: enabling better public services, improving social impact, and designing systems that empower real people.
We combine deep expertise across strategy, culture, data, and technology - but none of it is possible without a team that shares our values and pushes boundaries together.
Our Principles
We live by these guiding principles - every day, with every decision:
Integrity: We tell the truth, even when it’s hard.
Pride: We take ownership and care about the work and its impact.
Trust: We create a safe space for ideas, challenge, and collaboration.
Teamwork: We believe strong partnerships unlock better solutions.
Accountability: We deliver what we commit; we learn when we don’t.
Quality: We strive for excellence, in process and outcome.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Data Analyst to play a central role in our customer insight enablement and data transformation initiatives within the social housing sector. This role will help us strengthen our understanding of tenants, improve service delivery, and build the foundations for evidence-based decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
Working across multiple business areas, you will support the development of dashboards, analysis frameworks, and governance processes that turn raw data into actionable insight. Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytics products to deliver clear, consistent insight for operational and executive teams.
Conduct current-state data and system landscape assessments, identifying key data quality and integration gaps.
Lead data quality and assurance reviews, addressing key issues in tenancy, property, and repairs data.
Build automated and regular reporting processes for core business metrics (including CX Portal and Power BI).
Embed effective data governance frameworks, ownership structures, and metadata documentation.
Support the establishment of a Programme Governance Group to oversee data and digital transformation activities.
Prototype and test a central data integration layer to support better information flows across departments.
Help facilitate workshops on data strategy, reporting standards, and insight-driven decision-making.
Produce board-level presentations summarising key findings, benefits, and recommended improvement priorities.
Collaborate with colleagues to define and deliver a prioritised list of opportunities for improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Data Analyst in housing, local government, or a regulated data environment.
Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation for operational and strategic reporting.
Strong analytical background with experience in data cleansing, integration, and quality improvement.
Solid understanding of data governance principles and the ability to embed them into business processes.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insight for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience training colleagues in using data tools and interpreting insights.
A track record of working collaboratively across departments to improve data literacy and promote insight-led culture.
Desirable Attributes
Experience in social housing systems (e.g., Civica, CX Portal, or other housing management solutions).
Familiarity with automation tools, API integrations, or developing proof-of-concept data layers.
Knowledge of AI readiness assessments or customer insight frameworks.
Experience creating quantified business cases and board presentations.
