Role description
Pay Range: $23 to $25 Per Hour
Responsibilities (Day-to-Day):
• Conduct thorough claim investigations by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and using multiple tools for evidence gathering and decision-making.
• Review and process property damage claims, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance with guidelines.
• Perform data analysis (including Excel pivot tables) to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvements or automation.
• Escalate recurring issues, pain points, or trends for resolution.
• Collaborate with team members on ambiguous cases to drive consistency in judgment and claim handling.
• Provide relevant evidence to Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) and review paid claims for potential cost recovery.
• Track claims post-payment, validating DSP responsibility with strong evidence.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves):
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or office experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel - including pivot tables).
