Role description
job summary: A Data Analyst is responsible for developing metrics, and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure critical work processes and compare against benchmarks and standards for performance. Develops and/or generates appropriate reports/dashboards as needed by the business aligned with the standardized reports. location: Stafford, Texas job type: Contract salary: $33 - 38 per hour work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Forecasting & Capacity Planning • Analyze incoming UHC volume and integrate it into existing machine-learning-based BAU forecasts. • Maintain and own a living Excel forecasting model tracking: • Volume distribution across sites • Short- and long-term outlook (3, 6, 12 months) • Equipment and labor requirements • Participate in daily/weekly/monthly trend reviews and weekly capacity meetings with UHC. Data Analysis & Reporting • Query structured data from Snowflake/AWS data lakes. • Slice, analyze, and visualize production and forecast data. • Produce ad-hoc reports and support dashboard development (in collaboration with other analysts). • Communicate insights internally; Trey typically presents to executives.
