About the Role
We’re seeking a Growth Technology Associate – Data Management to join our Growth team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, product analytics, and growth marketing managers to enable, transform, and optimize sophisticated data sets for use across the ecosystem. Your work will directly impact in-product experiences, data model learnings, and omni-channel marketing campaigns, influencing the financial progress of millions of members.
This is a highly cross-functional role with measurable business impact and tremendous growth potential. You’ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where technology is at the heart of enhancing member experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Enable, transform, and manage data sets for dependent teams.
• Identify and advocate for efficient, accurate, and innovative data solutions.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed to ensure service continuity.
• Offer subject matter expertise in transforming and analyzing data.
• Streamline and demonstrate domain expertise within the managed data ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot and triage campaign issues in collaboration with Growth Tech, Engineering, Recommendation Systems, Analytics, and BI teams.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in a quantitative or data-focused role.
Technical Skills:
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Familiarity with developer-oriented tools: GitHub, Airflow, Splunk, Google BigQuery.
• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• High-capacity, hands-on, and adaptable.
Education: Technical degree (CS, MIS, Math, Physics, or related field) preferred.
