CornerStone TTS is seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for candidates looking for a change.
Responsibilities:
1. Research and Resolve Data Issues: Handle data exceptions, validations, and field escalations from batch and API traffic. This requires understanding data integration and API interactions.
1. Manage Datasets: Improve and create datasets in rules engines across multiple products and offerings. Technical skills in data management and manipulation within rules engines are necessary.
1. Data Analysis: Interpret data, analyze results, filter, and clean data. Proficiency in tools and techniques for data manipulation and analysis is required.
1. Trend Analysis: Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Analytical skills to recognize patterns and trends in data are essential.
1. Technical Documentation: Document and maintain business and functional requirements, ensuring accuracy and persistence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Productivity Apps (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):
- API Experience: Familiarity with APIs, using SoapUI, PostMan, or similar applications.
- SQL Knowledge: Experience with SQL or a similar querying language.
- EDI Experience: Understanding and experience with EDI systems for electronic transactions.
- HIPAA Knowledge: Understanding of HIPAA regulations for handling healthcare data securely.
