Our client, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a Workforce Analytics and AI Manager to join their team. As a Workforce Analytics and AI Manager, you will be part of the Advisory Digital team supporting innovative solutions and insights for key clients through data, analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

• Collaborate strategically with senior leadership to translate business needs into data, analytics, and AI requirements.
• Lead a small, high-performing team to ensure quality and timely delivery of various use cases.
• Develop and refine data models and analyses to generate benchmarks, actionable insights, and recommendations.
• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research, translating findings into strategic insights and thought leadership content.
• Support the maturation of the program by identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to strategic internal projects.
What's Needed?
• 5+ years of recent experience in strategic program management, data analysis, corporate strategy, or applied analytics.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; Master's degree and/or certifications are a plus.
• Experience with advanced analytics use cases and using data to convey findings to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and partner with senior stakeholders across a large organization.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
