Pay Rate: $41.00 - $41.01 per hourJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives across multiple projects, data sources, and business groups. This role requires strong analytical capability, the ability to document business rules derived from data, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.The Data Analyst will work concurrently on multiple efforts, partnering with internal teams and external vendors to analyze data, validate outputs, and clearly document findings in a fast-changing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & Business Rules
• Review datasets and relationships between data sources to verify and document business rules
• Analyze trends, patterns, and outputs across multiple systems and vendors
• Support multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and timelines
Communication & Collaboration
• Translate complex data findings into clear, understandable documentation
• Present analysis to technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels of detail
• Communicate planned analytical approaches when data is incomplete or evolving
• Participate comfortably in audio and video conferencing throughout the workday
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
• Draw conclusions based on data analysis without bias toward feasibility or outcomes
• Adapt analytical approaches as business or application processes change
• Maintain awareness of how downstream processes impact data usage
Attention to Detail & Quality
• Ensure all available data is included and accurately represented in analysis
• Manage overlapping projects that may share data sources or business owners
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and completeness across deliverables
Required Skills & ExperienceRequired:
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
• 3-5 years of experience with data models and data mining
• Proven ability to understand and document business rules from data analysis
Preferred:
• XML and JavaScript
• Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL (writing original scripts, not canned queries)
• Experience with Star Schema design and segmentation techniques
Additional:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects
